The master plan outlines a multi-phase redevelopment that includes approximately 410 units in Phase 1, a mix of 1–4 bedroom layouts, accessible units, distributed green space, and a central organizing green. Partnering with Woodward Design & Build, our team helped update the existing cafeteria and added a second-floor viewing area to elevate the experience for both players and staff.
