Kicked off in December of 2009 and is expected to complete in May of 2010. The project consist of an existing 55000 square foot kinesiology studies building to be renovated and a new 36000 square foot 2 story facility. This project also will include a new NCAA rated track and field. The project is valued at $10.3 Million.

Scheduled to begin November 2010 and be completed in November 2011, this project includes a 2 story activity center and five residential buildings. The 14,000 SF activity center contains a fitness center, dance room, and meeting center. The housing complex consists of 60 multi-family apartment units.

The Work consists of a new classroom building, site renovations, site demolition, and renovations to the existing infrastructure and utilities throughout the campus of Gonzales Primary School located in Gonzales, LA.
