Dwayne G. Honoré founded the Company in 1998 as a Louisiana corporation.

Dwayne is the youngest son of the late Harvey Honoré, Sr., a long-time and well-respected leader in the Baton Rouge, LA business community who established a highly lucrative and very successful construction company, which began operations in 1957.

Dwayne and DHC have been involved in the completion of a variety of construction projects totaling over $225 million that includes providing services to: Publicly traded corporations, federal, state, and local governmental agencies, schools and churches, and privately-held large, medium, and small commercial businesses alike.
